Here are some pictures of some funny faces last week when we went to the Children's Museum. We have a season pass but we don't go a whole lot in the summer. Come this winter we are going to be going a whole lot more! Ariana painted herself with some sort of crayons (easy to take off with a wipe) and Corban is doing some sort of weird constipated face (without the actual constipation.)
This is Ariana's preschool performance. Unfortunately, she is not actually in it. Hopefully next year she will be. Her class is the younger class so they don't do as much of the sort of stuff that takes listening and applying skills- things that are a bit harder for 2 year olds. The performances were actually pretty good. Some of the older kids were moving and performing to memory, no leader was actually there telling them where to be. It was a pretty good performance but there were too many people! We didn't have a seat and were on the floor. I think that it's pretty interesting that at this Chinese preschool most of the kids are Chinese (there are a few other mixies and a couple of white kids here and there) but most of the parents are white.
